Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible in software application advisory & functional support services to business users
To conduct user training and collaborate with cross functional team
To conduct joint user testing and propose recommendation for continuous improvement
Work with end users with the operation and functionality of software applications such as MY Mah Sing – Apps, IFCA Property Sales & Credit Admin, Financial Accounting, Salesforce, Procurement, etc.
Provides software and database maintenance support including bug fixes, patches and enhancements for smooth running system operations
Perform system documentation, training reference guides and standard system operating procedures
Examine and fine tune application functionality and performance and provide recommendation for continuous improvement
Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or any related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Plan, coordinate and implement effective marketing programme and strategies to meet the Group’s sales objective.
Conduct market studies to keep abreast with the market’s latest trend, consumer preferences and pricing benchmark.
Able to formulate effective marketing strategies and proposals.
Drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts to meet set objectives
Measure and track impact of all marketing campaigns across events, social media, corporate communication, content portals, SEM registrations, e-mailers and web presence
Assess actual performance against benchmarks and take corrective actions as necessary
Ensure the Digital channels are expertly managed from a governance perspective with proactive management of risks and issues both existing and emerging, ensuring compliance with all regulation, and a consistent focus on the operational performance and security of Digital Channels
Identifying, testing, and scaling high-impact and emerging digital channels; recommend new channels for digital marketing that fit brand and larger acquisition strategy
Liaise with advertising agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Group.
Liaise with financial institutions and lawyers to develop the required sales packages and documentation in line with the sales objectives of each project.
Assist in monitoring and supervising a team of sales personnel.
Responsible in the development of all A&P materials as well as keeping stock of its availability in line with the requirements for each project.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Working experience in sales and marketing in property development industry will be an added advantage.
Thorough knowledge in laws governing property industry.
General knowledge on rules and guidelines on property industry.
Good interpersonal, sales & marketing and business writing skills
